Primary airflow for skimmer: should read between 12 and 15. If low, first try to adjust using black knob at bottom. If already fully open, turn off the recirculating pump for ten seconds, then back on (switch is mounted on wall just out of frame for this picture, labeled "recirc").
If still no luck, then try removing the airflow gage and cleaning (see next picture)
